Return and Refund Policy

We strive to offer you the best in terms of quality and value. However, please understand that our store offers digital products that are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Therefore, we kindly ask our valued customers to ensure their desire to purchase the product before making a purchase.

Consumers are only entitled to return the product in the following cases:

1- If the product has a defect on our part (a non-functional product).

2- If the customer receives a product different from the one they ordered and paid for.

How does the return process work?

Request your return authorization number via email at support@utopia-trust.com with a detailed reason for the return, along with photos or a video of the product supporting your reason. Once approved, we will receive the product from you and refund your money within 72 hours.

Alternatively, contact us via our WhatsApp number, providing a detailed reason for the return. Once approved, we will receive the product from you and refund your money within 72 hours.

Upon receiving your package, your products will be inspected, and if they are found to be intact and unused by you, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method or the payment method you requested within a maximum of 72 hours. A refund receipt will be sent via email to the email address you used when making the original purchase, and we will also send the receipt to your private number if available.

Late or Missing Refunds

Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved, meaning the funds leave our account immediately. If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. After that, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen that some credit card companies take up to 30 days to reflect that the refund has been returned to the card. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

How long does delivery take?

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their orders or missed package deliveries).

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available.

I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, and we may be able to address it. However, we cannot promise anything as all items are usually processed immediately after the order is placed and shipped on the same day or a few days later. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we will not be able to stop it.

We cannot be held responsible if you provided an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically processes orders and follows only what you provided.

Are there any return fees?

There are no costs or fees for the return process, but refunds can only be made in the two cases specified above. If you are eligible for a refund, we will gladly process it and appreciate your satisfaction.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
